Lauren’s workouts changed my view toward fitness over all! I have always struggled with commitment when it  comes to working out. Lauren’s gift for teaching and this form of fitness took my commitment to a new level! She has a way of motivating and drawing you in to the workout. My energy level is up and I feel better over all. I’m excited and looking forward to being a part of The Light Studio!

I am 56 years old and have tried to exercise on a somewhat regular basis. I usually burn out to be honest. My joints and back would hurt to much. I tried the barre exercises with Lauren and absolutely loved them. I didn’t feel totally exhausted when I finished but could also feel the twinge that muscles had been worked. I can see a difference in muscle tone too. Everyone should give it a try. Any age can do it.

I have always loved working out, especially high intensity and tabata style workouts so when I was introduced to Barre I truly did not know if I would enjoy it. I was blown away with the way my heart rate stayed up with the low intensity movements, pulses and holds. I saw my body transform in an amazing way after only a few short weeks of Laurens classes. I felt “strong” overall and had so much more energy to enjoy the precious moments in life! I love the workouts so much that I never want to miss a day and honestly hardly ever do! Lauren has a beautiful flow throughout all of her classes and they seem to fly by! Her passion for encouragement and most importantly the Lord shines through the entire class and always leaves me with a desire for a healthier body and heart for Christ.

Amber is truly the best!! She pushed us to meet our goals, and encouraged us the entire way! It wasn’t easy, but she kept my mind off of it so that I didn’t even realize how much work I was putting in! She explained everything so well, and even gave me tips to improve my form on!

Amber is a wonderful barre instructor! She continuously encouraged me through the entirety of the workout and interacted with the group in a way that drew your mind away from just how tired you were. Some of the moves were more difficult, but she demonstrated and explained them well and gave me tips to push myself and get even more out of it! She pushed us to set goals, meet them, and then break them the next day!

Amber is such a motivator. She gives off an uplifting vibe that makes me want to work harder to reach my goals. The atmosphere that she works to create during a session leaves you feeling like you are ready to conquer the day.

I LOVE barre with Amber. As someone who is pretty avid in exercise, I was skeptical of the difficulty of this class. I also have adrenal fatigue and high intensity workouts drain me. Let me tell you, the burn from this low intensity workout was SOOO good! I was completely blown away with how energized I felt after Amber’s class. THAT is how you’re supposed to feel after a workout. Simply put, this is my favorite new workout, and I couldn’t ask for a better instructor!! Definitely recommend!!

As a beginner, barre seemed a little intimidating to me at first. Lauren made me feel right at home and confident even in my first class! Her energy throughout each session encourages me and makes time fly by! I leave every class rejuvenated physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! Her prayers during the cool down stretches set my mood for the rest of the day. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

My first time doing a barre class was such a cool experience because it was somthing I’ve never tried! I loved it so much! It helped me figure out ways to engage a lot of my muscles and to focus on what parts of my body I was using! Lauren was a awesome instructor ! She explained everything so well and gave helpful tips to help us get the full experience! She made our group feel so comfortable and left us encouraged and excited to all meet again!

Classes with Lauren are not only physically uplifting but spiritually as well. We focused on body, mind, and soul. The prayer and focus time at the end of class was a great way to end a tough workout!

Lauren’s workout’s are so fun! She gives you a hard workout while making it fun and inclusive with everyone in the class! She is an encouraging teacher and really knows how to engage all of the different muscles! It’s definitely a 10/10 class!
