Light Barre

Don’t let the name of this one fool you. This class will leave you feeling accomplished and strong! For beginners to advanced, this class will take you through series of movements that are low impact but yield high results for the whole body. Long, lean muscle will be created through a mix of Pilates, barre and yoga inspired moves- from small pulses, to holds, to combinations.

Cardio Barre

Take “Light Barre” and add in a few songs with a quicker tempo and bigger muscle movements to go along with it and you have “Cardio Barre”. Both of these classes will get your heart rate up and give you a great workout; cardio barre adds just enough of the upbeat moves throughout too add a little to the mix.
